We provide wide range of data conversion services. The data conversion process is required to be performed as the data needs to be on a specific format to make full use of it. It can be a hand written content, audio content, video content, images, printed material etc. We use technology in the data conversion service for speed and accuracy.

  • Data Digitization
    There are two types of data digitization. First type is converting hard copy to soft copy. To explain further hard copy refers to hand written or printed data like books, magazines, newspaper etc. into electronic format document thus enabling easy sharing, easy search, easy to use etc. The second type is converting soft copy into specific soft copy format. For example converting Excel document to PDF format document. We have helped our insurance clients to digitize the data using both the types mentioned above.

  • Extracting Data from Images
    An image is nothing but collection of data. Making the content in an image into usable data through annotation. For example in a road scene image, the image has pedestrians, cars, truck, signal light, hoardings, road signs etc. In some cases images has text which is extracted using OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

  • HTML / XML Conversion
    It is converting from one format to another. Some of the conversions we have done are HTML, XML, CSV, JSON, Coco JSON, Excel etc.

  • Electronic Document Management (EDM)
    This is an important assignment in data related work. The labelling, organizing and storing of documents for necessary for easy retrieval and usage. There are various software available to manage this task and we have helped some of our clients by developing a customized document management system.

  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
    It is a process of automating repetitive human tasks. The repetitive tasks like data extraction, document management, Form filling are some of the examples.
